On Pro, when the meeting feature is enabled and the required conditional scopes are separately authorized, BookableCheck can bulk-reassign eligible future HubSpot CRM meeting owners, clean internal attendees, and optionally create replacement events after an authorized admin selects the records and active replacement. Pro also scans daily, alerts on new risk, verifies each supported CRM write, and rescans. Scheduling-page transfers remain a guided admin action because HubSpot does not provide the app a supported write API for them.
Aggregate counts for deactivated users and risky scheduling pages, plus the scan timestamp and completeness state. Names, exact links, and remediation require Pro.
The admin can optionally create a separate replacement event through HubSpot, which may send new invitations. BookableCheck does not edit, transfer, or cancel the original event, so the admin must cancel it separately to avoid duplicate calendar entries.
A fresh, complete scan no longer reports the stale supported HubSpot reference. Verification does not claim that every external URL or invitation has changed.
