Privacy policy

What we collect

We collect the email address and public booking-page URL you provide, subscription identifiers from Stripe, monitor settings, and the results of automated checks. We also retain a one-way hash of the IP address used for a free scan for up to 24 hours to limit abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to run checks, deliver alerts, operate billing, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application and browser checks. Stripe processes subscriptions. Hostinger provides transactional email delivery. Those providers process information under their own policies.

Retention and control

Check history and account data are retained while your account is active and for a limited operational period afterward. You may request access or deletion by emailing privacy@bookablecheck.com.

Security

Dashboard access uses a private token stored as a one-way hash. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by BookableCheck.
