Install BookableCheck
Your first portal check takes a few clear steps.
A HubSpot Super Admin connects the portal with focused owner and scheduling-page read access, then starts one free aggregate scan. Pro meeting automation is authorized separately. BookableCheck runs inside HubSpot after installation.
What happens next
Choose the right portal
Sign in to HubSpot and select the Professional or Enterprise portal you are authorized to administer.
Review focused access
The initial install reads owners and supported scheduling-page metadata. It does not request the broader scopes HubSpot currently requires for CRM meeting endpoints.
Return to BookableCheck in HubSpot
After authorization, BookableCheck creates an isolated portal installation and starts the free scan asynchronously.
Review the aggregate result
The free result shows counts for deactivated users and risky booking links. It does not expose identities or exact links.
Upgrade only if you need the workflow
Pro checkout is hosted by Stripe. Detailed scans, bulk meeting reassignment, offboarding workflows, and monitoring start only after Stripe confirms the subscription.
Important before installing
Automation stays narrow and explicit.
BookableCheck can update the HubSpot CRM owner on selected future meeting records. Every mutation requires an authorized admin, an active replacement, and an explicit confirmation.
What does BookableCheck access?
The initial install reads active and archived owners plus supported scheduling-page metadata. If an authorized Pro admin enables meeting automation, a separate same-app authorization grants the contacts read/write scopes HubSpot currently requires for meeting search and update. BookableCheck never calls Contacts APIs; it reads only allowlisted meeting fields and writes only hubspot_owner_id on admin-selected CRM meeting records.
What does BookableCheck store?
The free plan stores only counts, status, and a timestamp. Pro stores the minimum portal, user, scheduling-page, finding, and optional meeting metadata needed for remediation and history.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes. Disconnecting stops scans and triggers deletion of operational app data. It does not cancel Stripe billing; the billing contact must cancel separately in the billing portal.
