Is there a free trial?
No. The free plan provides one aggregate scan. Pro billing begins when the signed Stripe subscription webhook confirms checkout.
Is pricing per user?
No. Pro is $49 USD each month for each connected HubSpot portal, regardless of how many authorized admins use BookableCheck.
How do cancellation and failed payments work?
Cancellation through Stripe takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Past-due subscriptions receive a seven-day grace period; unpaid, paused, or expired subscriptions become aggregate-only.
Are taxes included?
Listed prices exclude taxes. Stripe may calculate and collect applicable tax based on the billing details supplied during Checkout.
What HubSpot plan do I need?
BookableCheck requires HubSpot Professional or Enterprise with access to the Scheduler API. This is separate from the BookableCheck Free and Pro plan names.
