Protect booking continuity from detection through verified handoff.

Start with setup, learn how BookableCheck surfaces supported offboarding risks that could disrupt booking continuity, and use the available automation with an admin in control.

What BookableCheck is for

BookableCheck helps HubSpot administrators catch scheduling pages that still carry inactive-user references—supported risks that could disrupt booking continuity and put pipeline at risk. It guides the correct booking-page handoff. On Pro, when the meeting feature is enabled and the required conditional scopes are separately authorized, it can inventory eligible future CRM meetings; an authorized admin can then confirm the exact records and replacement for bulk CRM owner and internal-attendee reassignment, with optional replacement events.

It is a closed-loop offboarding workflow, not an alert inbox: BookableCheck detects the risk, helps the admin act, verifies supported CRM writes, and checks HubSpot again after the work is complete.

Who can see details

BookableCheck uses the signed HubSpot user context for every in-app request. Users with the exact integration-management permission can access paid details and settings. Everyone else receives the same aggregate summary shape used by the free plan.

The backend enforces this rule. Hiding a screen element in the browser is never treated as authorization.
