Terms of service

The service

BookableCheck performs automated, best-effort checks of public webpages and reports detected conditions. It does not guarantee that every booking failure will be detected, that every alert will be delivered, or that a website will generate appointments.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to monitor each URL you add. You may not use the service to probe private networks, bypass access controls, violate another service’s terms, or engage in unlawful activity.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. A seven-day trial converts to the selected paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security and reliability. Scheduled checks may be delayed by upstream providers, rate limits, maintenance, or events outside our control.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookableCheck is provided “as is” and total liability is limited to the amount you paid during the three months before the event giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost business.
