Documentation · Disconnect

Disconnect HubSpot and billing in two separate steps.

Uninstalling removes BookableCheck’s HubSpot access and operational data. It does not cancel the Stripe subscription under the planned billing policy.

Disconnect from inside BookableCheck

  1. Open BookableCheck Settings in HubSpot.
  2. Review the warning that HubSpot access and operational data will be removed while Stripe billing continues.
  3. Select Disconnect HubSpot and confirm.
  4. BookableCheck requests removal of the external installation and immediately disables scheduled work.

Uninstall from HubSpot

You may also uninstall BookableCheck from HubSpot’s connected-app settings. BookableCheck monitors HubSpot’s application lifecycle journal and reconciles token status so an externally removed installation cannot continue scanning.

If you uninstall outside BookableCheck, allow up to 24 hours for operational deletion to complete. Scheduled jobs carry an installation generation and are discarded after disconnect, so stale queue work cannot rebuild deleted portal data.

What is deleted

Within 24 hours of confirmed uninstall, BookableCheck removes the following from active operational systems:

  • HubSpot OAuth access and refresh credentials
  • Alert recipients and subscription consent
  • Aggregate scan results and detailed scan runs
  • Owner, scheduling-page, and minimal meeting snapshots
  • Findings, replacement mappings, and offboarding cases

Cloudflare D1 disaster-recovery history may retain recoverable encrypted database states for up to 30 days on the planned Workers Paid configuration. Those states are not active application data.

What billing data remains

BookableCheck keeps the minimum Stripe customer, portal, subscription, invoice, and audit linkage needed to continue billing, support cancellation, meet accounting obligations, and recognize an active subscription after reinstall. Stripe maintains its own billing records under its policies.

Cancel the subscription

  1. Open the billing portal.
  2. Use the billing email associated with the BookableCheck Stripe customer.
  3. Cancel the portal subscription. Unless otherwise shown by Stripe, access remains paid through the current billing period.

If you cannot access the portal, email support@bookablecheck.com from the billing address and include the HubSpot portal ID.

Reinstalling

A new OAuth installation starts with a clean operational dataset. If Stripe reports that the same portal’s subscription is active, BookableCheck restores the Pro entitlement but does not restore deleted scans, findings, recipients, or cases.
